Whether you purchase online (coming soon) or by phone, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card so we can process your order. This information is not shared with outside companies or third parties other then as needed for shipping.

All your personal information including your credit card is security protected behind an SSL security license. Your credit card information is used only for the one order which requires you to reenter this information on return visits. We consider this a safer procedure for protecting our clients.

We hate spam and junk mail as much as you do! We encourage you to sign-up for our mail or email lists if you are interested in advanced notice of new merchandise and seasonal specials. Due to availability, BasketCheers reserves the right to substitute products as needed. Please be assured that substitutions will always be of equal or greater value and reflect the theme of your basket.
From May through September chocolate will be substituted in any basket that will be shipped. Other seasonal limits may apply to basket availability.
All of our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Full or partial credit and / or refunds or exchanges will be offered on an individual basis.
If for any reason, your gift basket does not meet your expectations, please call to discuss. Our goal is complete satisfaction with our products and services.
Most products ship with 24 to 48 hours. Your credit card is not charged until your gift item is completed and ready to ship.
Special shipping including NEXT DAY and 2ND DAY AIR is available. Please call us at 215-361-0492 for pricing and to arrange for expedited shipping. We can also delay shipping to a date of your chosing to assure the gift basket arrives at or near a specific date.
BasketCheers will gladly ship replacements via UPS Ground free of charge. The cost of shipping non-defective items from the customer back to Basket Cheers is the responsibility of the customer.
A: From May to September many of the chocolate items in our gifts are replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value or our prices are adjusted accordingly.
Q: Can I ship my basket anywhere?
A: Almost anywhere, however we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes, or foreign addresses. We can ship to our friends in Hawaii and Alaska but please add $20 to the listed shipping price.
Q: How long will the gourmet foods in my gift basket stay fresh?
A: The items packaged inside are best if consumed within 6 to 9 months.
Q: What is your product substitution policy?
A: In the instance that we are out of a particular item, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value at no additional charge.

A. It is very important that you include your day or evening phone number, so if we have a question, we will be able to contact you.
